I’ve had worse haircuts in my life, but I have never had a worse experience getting my haircut. It started in the shampoo chair, where my stylist Sid left me for 15 minutes to work on his coworkers hair. While working on her hair they were making all kinds of nasty comments about clients they had earlier that day, and even random people walking by on the street minding their own business with no idea they were being mocked by two snobs inside the salon. After he remembered I existed, I was finally able to get out of the shampoo chair and he did the haircut. The haircut is fine, but he didn’t ask what I wanted and did not even ask if I was happy at the end of the haircut. Which was astonishing to me, because every stylist I’ve ever worked with before has asked at the end of the cut if I was happy and if there was anything else I wanted. Not Sid, maybe he was in a hurry to get me out of there because he had wasted so much of my time on his coworker.

Britteny manages to not only understand exactly what I ask for as far as cut/color, she somehow makes it even better than I could have imagined myself. Gregg Asher is simply the BEST hair stylist in Dallas. Hands down. He recently came to Era Salon and we followed him. Era salon has a nice environment: light, uplifting. Every morning I look in the mirror and say “I love my hair!” I have Gregg to thank. I never have to even think about my hair because he does a fantastic job with my cut and color EVERY single time. He is just as consistent with my husband’s hair. Era is lucky to have Gregg!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I was absolutely BLOW AWAY! The salon was beautiful, but more importantly I had an amazing stylist (Aundrea)! I can be very picky about haircuts and was so impressed with what she did. I walked out feeling like a million dollars. She has a great eye for color, and the cut was perfect, very flattering with my rounder face shape… I’ve gotten soo MANY compliments! *she recently moved from a very high end salon in Chicago, and being cause of that, actually had a little room on her calendar. Thinking I’ll probably have to make appointment further ahead in the future, I’m sure her calendar will fill quickly! Definitely going back to her in the future!
