Went in again today for a fill in, a repair of two broken nails and gel polish. They got me in very fast and my nail technician, “Do”, does such an immaculate job every time! He plays very close attention to detail and was very helpful and patient with me picking out five different nail polish colors for a specific look I wanted to recreate. “Do” and the entire team are always very kind, as well. I highly recommend this nail salon!

Went in for my birthday and got some gel polish that was pretty see-through, but they offered to fix it for free and I got a way better color! They were very kind about it and wouldn’t take my money for a tip despite how much I like it. Definitely recommend, even if something goes wrong they’ll try to make it right.

I had an appointment at 10am and the woman was late. She then refused to use the color I picked out as she said she didn’t like it. My nails are nothing like I wanted shape or color wise and she would not listen to what I wanted. They are chunky and uneven and I will be going somewhere else to get them fixed. Acrylic nails

I hate giving bad reviews, but this was seriously the worst experience I’ve ever had and I can’t quit thinking about it and how I was treated. I went here because I was unable to get into my regular nail tech before he went on vacation and my old set was grown out too much for comfort. What a mistake! The lady who did my nails rushed through the whole experience. She pried my old set off with just a fake acrylic nail (no soaking in acetone or anything, even though that’s the very first thing I asked if they could do when I walked in the door before even signing in) and it was ridiculously painful. Literally felt like she was gonna pull my whole fingernail off. She then did not shape my new nails, they are so light that you can see through them, and she cut the heck out of my cuticles. Did not send me to wash my hands and scoffed at me for wanting to do so. She then got irritated and acted like I was being overdramatic when I told her the pedicure water was way too hot. A week later and my gel pedicures already chipping off. If I’m going to pay almost $100 plus tip, I expect $100 nails. This was not worth it, not even a little bit. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place.
