Melanie is wonderful!!! She always does a great job with my hair. I’ve never had my hair professionally done until this past January. And melanie has supported all my “experimenting” over the past year with blonde and rose gold. She’s also so kind and a joy to talk to over the course of each appointment. Salon has major issues with receptionist and scheduling of appointments. First time, my appt simply vanished from the system. Second time, receptionist set up an appy but failed to schedule time for all the services I needed. Stylist only had time for a haircut vice the highlights and cut. Walked out with no service. If you cannot get scheduling under control, why would I trust you with my hair.
