This morning I finally reached my limit of Poor customer service with this clinic. I have over looked poor communication and or care for some time. But bc of limited options for a dermatologist I have no choice but to stay here. This morning I again had to follow up in regards to a script that was never sent weeks ago. Every person more rude then the last and deflecting responsibility onto someone else. I finally snapped asked for a manager. Was finally given to Kim who’s the clinic supervisor. I stated I was upset and bothered by the poor customer care I had been experiencing and she pretty much laughed in my face, said she wouldn’t help me and then hung up. I’m completely disappointed with every person I kept being transferred to. No one cared to help me. Until the end when Naomi got my call. She was nice and actually helpful. This office should be ashamed for the poor service and blatant disrespect almost everyone in the office showed me after being upset, hung up on, and calling back multiple times. I understand an upset patient can be difficult but what do you expect after everyone more rude then the last? Everyone had their limits. But that’s no excuse for poor customer care.

My doctor, James Auerbach, is very good. I have gone to him for at least twenty year, every three months. His staff is very helpful. I will say that your reception area is way too small and one can overhear names and intake information of the incoming patients.

The staff are very kind and helpful. The morning of my appointment, the office was very busy but the girls behind the desks were handling it like professionals. Purchased some skin care products and will be back to see them if necessary. Visit with doc was brief.

I was seen a very short time after my scheduled appointment. The staff and the nurse were efficient and friendly and Dr. Auerbach is very knowledgeable and communicative. He found two incidents of Skin cancer, removed them, and sent them in for biopsy. I expect the results within a week and look forward to having this taken care of.

I had one of the most disappointing medical experiences of my life at Epiphany and think this practice should be ashamed of itself. I’m extremely fair skinned, have a history of mole removal, went in for an annual exam, and the “doctor” sat on a stool 8 feet away from me and said “everything looks normal.” This man didn’t so much as touch me, didn’t look at a single mole, and didn’t give an inch when I pushed back and asked for more of an exam. Said I had nothing to worry about and didn’t even have to come in annually. Don’t come to this clinic if you value your health.
