Epiphany Dermatology of Rio Rancho is located right off Highway 528 in southeast Rio Rancho. We treat all skin conditions, including acne, psoriasis, skin fungus, and – of course – skin cancers. Our providers are happy to create a treatment plan that meets your needs. We also offer select cosmetic services such as Botox® and chemical peels.

Medical staff is fine but you cannot get through by either phone or patient portal to confer with staff. I had a procedure performed and incision site became infected but could not reach medical staff for help because of the technology ineptness of this office. I randomly came to epiphany after my partner asked me to go get what I thought was a scar checked out. They did a biopsy and called the next week saying that they had found skin cancer on my face. They got me in for surgery THAT afternoon.. I can barely even see the inch long incision. The surgeon did such an incredible job stitching me up that I have no scar on my face.

My experience at the office was great. The provider and staff were very nice and professional. The only negative I have experienced, is trying to call the office to schedule an appointment. When I tried to leave a message as prompted to get a callback because of the high call volume, I reach a recording that says the voicemail is full. Hopefully that is something that can be changed.
