I would have given 5 stars if the appointment wasn’t rushed. This is my first visit and Dr Crosby and his nurse were very good BUT they took a biopsy of a bump on my nose and I’m left with not really knowing how to care for this wound. I just think for a first time visit they could maybe have taken a little more time after the procedure to explain what I’m supposed to do now. It’s been well over 10 years since I’ve been to any doctor and frankly this is one of the reasons. Being treated as if I was cattle in an auction isn’t really my idea of decent care. Again, this isn’t a knock at the doctor but the scheduling was packed pretty tight.

Fast check in. Appointment was on time. Sign in nurse paid attention to details when telling her what the reason for my visit was. Doctor was friendly and professional. Was able to give me a diagnosis and provided options for treatment. Very satisfied overall. Would recommend to family and friends.

This was my 1st visit to Epiphany in Sierra Vista and it was a very pleasant experience. Was having a little trouble filling out the registration and one of the staff came to the rescue. Katy and her assistant were friendly, professional and put me at ease. It was much less of an ordeal than I had imagined. please thank them again for me. Carol

I made an appt. With Dr. Osborne, who is a Resident. I have a skin condition that just popped up, and is quite uncomfortable. The level of service I was given by Dr. Osborne, his assistant and his staff was stellar. I can only hope that level of care continues on, to get my skin issues solved. In total, I was 100% impressed with my first visit. Dr. Osborne is going to be great – especially with Dr. Petrapolous mentoring him.
