Our first visit to this office was for our 88 year old mother who had a severe rash. She was seen by David Seiter who was very caring and professional. She was extremely happy and relieved that she could find comfort. My husband and I decided to depart from our previous Dermatologist and booked our annual appointments with him.

I have always been impressed with Epiphany Dermatology, but was surprised with my check in during my last visit. Upon checking in, I was given a tablet to update my information which was needed because Epiphany was switching computer systems. It really wasn’t a big deal until I was asked to list my medications and medical history. I had brought printed lists detailing both. But I could not enter “see attached.” So I entered “none” and offered the paper work to the assistant. I was seen by Nurse Practitioner Adelina Matatova who was excellent. I was finished within 15 minutes of my appointment time.

Making an appointment was easy. Check in was quick and easy with the office staff. I waited for less than 5 minutes to be called back. PA-C Joan Altman was great, no nonsense, and answered all my questions, and treated me quickly and with respect. I highly recommend Epiphany Dermatology and Joan Altman.

Dr Hill and his staff were very accommodating to us. My husband is very difficult to transfer from his wheelchair and the staff was so helpful. Dr Hill speaks to Paul with the utmost respect. We left his previous Dermatologist after Dr Hill did a procedure for him on some skin cancer issue. Our experience with Dr Hill and his whole staff has been great!

I had to go in after having a skin rash that fades in and out at random for about a week. The receptionist was nice and so was the helper, however the actual doctor seemed not to give a hoot about what I had. At this time I did not have the rash and she said that there was no treatment she could get me. When she left, I had to physically itch myself so the rash could come on. By that time she left the room and was eating. I had to physically call her back in which she seemed annoyed about. She took a quick peek and said it was hives. Waste of money and time.just see an allergist.
