It was the worst visit! Dr. Hunter, was indifferent, cold, lacked empathy, understanding, compassion and does not listen. I was emphatically detailing how miserable I was, because I wanted him to understand how much pain I was in. I was intentional with detailing, since he didn’t seem to hear me. I mentioned that I have been using a low percentage steroid cream and was adamant about finding other solutions, since steroids thins out the skin over time. He kept asking about the steroids–asking what %, when, suggesting another %, etc. I was irritated and confused as to why he was droning on about steroids and suggesting it after I was explicit in that I used it and no longer wanted to use it ever again. Clearly, he wasn’t getting it or hearing me-how absolutely frustrating! I walked out of his office feeling even more miserable and angry– it was a complete waste of my time. He did nothing to help! Nothing! I had to ask him to feel my face, to which he said, “Yes, it’s dry.” Duh! He was not proactive at all. I learned nothing from him!

I was taken after just sitting down to wait. The nurse asked a few questions then left me with a gown and directions. The doctor arrived shortly afterwards and did a thorough exam with advice for my maintainance for the next year and left. I liked the fact that she wore a mask the whole visit and was very nice to share time with as well as her knowledge of the issues that I had.

Great experience. Very short wait in the lobby and for the doctor. Doctor was high energy and friendly. Both thorough in her advice but not keeping me there forever. I was in and out and got the prescriptions I needed. Will definitely be back.
