Customer service needs work. I scheduled an appointment and received a call/voicemail stating my appointment was cancelled because the slot was full and they couldn’t reach me. I haven’t received any other calls from them this was the first. My appointment was scheduled over a week in advanced. That is more than enough time to see a scheduling issue and fix it. I’m disappointed they waited till the last minute and abruptly cancelled my appointment. I called back to schedule an appointment as they asked me to in the voicemail only to wait on the line for several minutes and then be sent to the office voicemail. This happened each time I called to try and schedule. I was unable to attain a real human being on the line to resolve my issue. Disappointed in the way they manage their office.

I you have to go to the dermatologist this is the place to go. They are all so nice here. I had a little place on my upper chest that had stayed sore off and on for awhile so thought I needed to get it checked out and in no time they had sown to send tot he lab for a closer look and had me patched and on my way. Total I was only there 30 min and I am not sure it was even that long.
