Trying to find out why I just NOW received a bill from a third party billing company from 12/29/20 (1 and a half years ago) saying that they are your billing company yet they cannot give me a phone number to reach you or any information about this NEW bill you just had sent by them. Cannot reach anyone there by phone. Only a recording. How can you send a bill after all this time? We paid on the date of the service as far as I know. All the third party biller could say was how overworked and understaffed they are….no help, no information. Frustrating – so you just want me to pay a bill from that time ago because you choose to have your third party billing company out of Austin send it???
