The only reason this review isn’t getting 5 stars is because the receptionists NEVER answer the phones! I absolutely love coming here and my skin has cleared up tremendously. The staff is super friendly and I’ve never had any issues during my appointments. However, trying to call and get an appointment or speak to a human in general, is basically impossible. I’m a receptionist myself and at the very least if you’re busy doing something you could answer and put someone on hold.
