My first new patient appointment in the Weatherford location was ok because the Dr was rushed but she made me feel heard and addressed all my concerns. Then I returned to the Ft Worth location for a rash and the nurse was horrible. She completely dismissed me and said she’s not sure what the rash is but said to use Selson Blue and didn’t explain how to use it or why. Waste of time and money. I would have been better going to a care now. Do not set appointments with the nurses.

Shout out to the office staff, they all were all very friendly! However, my experience with the physician, Dr. Ioffee, was not so great. I brought my son in for a rash (as recommended by his pediatrician) and Dr. Ioffee never spoke or looked at my child. He gave me a sample of a prescription topical without stating what it was for or when to use it. He attempted to leave the room until I told him that I was unhappy with the visit. At that point he and his colleague finally looked at my son and asked questions about the symptoms, etc. I will not be returning to this practice and would not recommend it to anyone. I should not have to tell a physician how to do his job or what bedside manner is, however at this practice it is clearly required.

This is the absolute worst doctors office I’ve ever been to they show blatant disregard for the care of their patients, the staff is not nice whatsoever! Especially the male assistant to Dr. Ioffe he is absolutely rude and has 0 bed side manner! Do not go to them for anything!
