HeyNow!
Unbelievable but I had a great time getting cysts taken care of. The doctor and staff are professional, friendly and very supportive! The doctor is such a warm and capable woman. I am thoroughly impressed. So happy to have become a patient of this practice. I hit the jackpot!!! Kudos Epiphany Dermatology!

I see Dr. Albahrani and have nothing, but positive things to say about him and his team. He always listens to my concerns even when I come in with additional issues then what’s been scheduled. I feel that he genuinely cares about his patients which is why I’ve also decided to take my children to him as well. I’m happy that I’ve finally found a dermatologist that I feel comfortable with.

Today my husband went the office for a consultation. After talking with the front desk receptionist she expressed to my husband that the procedure for mole removal could be covered under the consultation fee. After the consultation my husband was given prices and was confused by the part that could be covered under consultation fee. He then called the office in which Maria another receptionist denied that ever happened. She also assured that the office supervisor would call him but to no surprise no one called. We can’t speak for the medical team since no work was done but the front desk receptionist were no help at all. 0 stars if possible will be taking business elsewhere!! Would like a full refund if possible felt cheated and robbed. Have had better service at a fast food restaurant. Unprofessional front office staff.

My granddaughter had a severe case of acne. After seeing Dr. Albahrani for a few months the difference is amazing. It takes patience & following directions w meds but it is definitely clearing up. It’s been a journey but I am so happy for her.

This staff has to be the best I’ve ever came across. 3 weeks ago I came in due to contracting E. Coli. They prescribed me the right antibiotics and suggested a wash to use and now I walk and feel a lot better. Highly recommended !! Dr. Yasser Albahrani is the best much appreciated.

I couldn’t ask for more . My daughter was so insecure about her face and now she doesn’t have to wear makeup to cover up . Thank you so much Dr Albahrain for your help and walking with her with this journey….

I had an appointment here with a male doctor and act like he didn’t want to help me. And also he kept mentioning let’s see what’s your insurance will cover, wow what happened to caring about the patient instead of mentioning money. So this is the worst part I go to the front desk to set up another appointment and it had a thick sized Mexican women there and she was so rude because I asked for a later time because I won’t be able to make it at 8am and I live 1 hour away.

My experience was great. The doctor answered initial questions I had. The front desk was super patient and helpful with my insurance issue. Dr. Ukoha and her assistant were amazing. The questions I did have she answered, was knowledgeable and patient. I was recommended to have a skin biopsy and she told me everything she was doing as she was doing it. This made me super comfortable. Her demeanor from the point of walking through the door made me feel like a priority and i appreciated that.

I had an appt at 10:40 and was seen at 11:20. Only to be told.. that there was really nothing that could be done. I was given very vague and really generic information (that I could have googled) and prescribed a crème. I paid $113 for that visit and feel so robbed and violated! Herpes was suggested for a rash on my back!! Like what ?? That was something thrown out off the top of his head. I mean I did more research and no that it’s likely notalgia paresthetica! It’s like he was rushed and throwing out any dang thing!! I will never visit a dermatologist again! Worst experience ever! Then I had to call in to remind about my crème!! Do better!! I’ll just see my PCP from here on out!!
