First impression of this practice was great! Making an appointment over the phone was easy. Upon arrival, had to fill out a couple of forms and the wait time was under 5 minutes. That was the first win.

Dr. Vin and team were so fantastic. From the time I arrived to the time I left, I felt welcomed and appreciated. The team was very friendly and caring. And Dr. Vin…very professional but she also had a way that made me feel relaxed. She explained everything she was doing and then carefully told me her plan. I’ve found my lifelong dermatologist!

We love, I do mean LOVE, Dr. Fuller. I will reserve this review strictly for him and his clinical staff. Our family has been to many dermatologists in recent years and Dr. Fuller outperforms every one of them. He is transparent, incredibly knowledgeable and super calming. I even introduced my Mom to him for her dermatological needs and she drives nearly an hour just to see him. The business office though is a complete opposite story…

Everything is good on this clinic , especially the doctor. We live in Arlington, and I drive around 45 min to take my daughter there because we believe that the doctor is really good.there is a big parking lot too, so we easily park our car close to the clinic.

Dont trust their billing . They charged upfront and after insurance adjustment they won’t refund. Please review your insurance bills after adjustment. I contacted them 2 times for last year bills . Billing person acknowledged and promised to send the check but so far nothing .

I have never seen a chaotic office like this one. I scheduled an appointment online with one of their dermatologists but I then read some reviews about how terrible that Dr. was and decided to cancel the appointment. It was just impossible to reach someone over the phone at the front desk. Stay away from Epiphany Dermatology unless you want to waste your precious time.

Dr. Lucy Li is an excellent dermatologist. I had been going to her for years, but then thought I would try to find someone close to home. After visiting a few different doctors and really disliking one, I am back with Dr. Li, have been for some time now and will continue under her care.

I have literally been calling for two weeks back to back at least 3-12 times a day and no one can seem to get back to me. I scheduled a virtual appointment for 11 am which they missed, then tried to call me 30 minutes later after I had to take time away from my job for 11am already. I’ve been charged $100 for a “self pay fee” when I’ve had the same insurance on file for 2 years. Been seeing the same doctor and getting the exact same prescriptions for two years. I have now been trying to get my prescriptions, get in contact with the office, and figure out why I was charged $100 for going on over two weeks now. The pharmacy told me they need a “prior authorization” and that I need to reach out to the dermatologist. Which I’ve been doing. For two weeks. At this point in time this will be further escalated for negligence and malpractice .
