I have seen Alaina, a Nurse Practitioner at avail just twice, but she has been wonderful. She identified my problem immediately and gave me the explanation, prescriptions and plan on how to take care of it. She definitely calmed my nerves as I felt creeped out about having a growth on my scalp. She explained it was not unusual and then walked me through the treatment process. I’m so thankful I was able to see someone so knowledgeable.
