I always feel taken care of here at Epione. The staff and Dr. Simon are lovely and customer service is top notch. Make sure you have plenty of time for your appointment because sometimes there is a wait or you could decide to do something extra while you’re there. I always give it at least 3 hours to be safe unless it’s something small. Epione is about doing quality work and not trying to rush the work they do. I am a customer for life!

Appointment was at 1pm and was not seen until 3pm. Anesthesia cream already had lost its effect and procedure was uncomfortable. Had ask to see before and after pictures since it is suppose to last 2 years and I don’t feel it looks good at all especially for the price.

Wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Rana was very helpful and informative. I really appreciated that she took the time to go over the information with us. Dr. Ourian was amazing! He will be my primary doctor for all my cosmetic needs. He’s worth traveling from Texas to see.
