Critical: Professionalism, QualityCustomers be ware! My hairstylist was Tiana. I went for a full set of highlights, a root touch up, and a light trim. She started applying the root touch up first, and then proceeded to start the process of my highlights. It didn’t feel right that my root touch up chemicals stayed way longer than it was supposed to. After 5 hours with the same chemicals on my hair, I started getting a headache and dizziness. She was still not done with the highlights, when I told her to stop everything and wash my hair. She was upset because she felt I could’ve wait 7 hours with chemicals on my hair. Typically it is 40 minutes only for the root touch up part. She literally burned my scalp and hair. Did a horrible job cutting my ends. It looked like a 9 year old cut my hair instead. It was a horrible experience overall. The entire 5 hours and a half she poked with her long nails my scalp and pulled My hair. I told her to use her finger tips and not her nails, and she would ignore it. Horrible hairstylist with no knowledge of anything. I paid $355.00 to walk out with no highlights , a burned scalp with skin chunks falling off my head, horrible hair cut and a whooping $355.00 bill. Customers be ware! My hairstylist was Tiana. I went for a full set of highlights, a root touch up, and a light trim. She started applying the root touch up first, and then proceeded to start the process of my highlights. It didn’t feel right that my root touch up chemicals stayed way longer than it was supposed to.
