I’ve had my hair cut by Hannah and I really liked it. I’ve had a lot of cuts growing up that I hated, I felt like she knew what she were doing. When Hannah moved over to Epic I knew I’d be following her. She also did my hair for my wedding, I trusted her and she did wonderful! Love the beautiful place, and definitely will be coming back to Hannah for my next appointment!

Epic Spa could help in getting back to their customers. I USED to be a customer and now that Heather (who used to book my appointments) has left, it’s worthless trying to get in touch with someone. I’ve left multiple texts/voicemail with the owner, Frank, trying to book an appointment that they cancelled on me last minute, and now I can’t get a text back… nothing. Don’t waste your time trying to get in if you’re a new customer!!

Worst experience of my life! Went in for lip fillers (first time) got quoted for a whole syringe worth, left with only using half a syringe. Few days later when the swelling went down I noticed no difference at all so I called, I talked to Heather and her words were she didn’t believe me and for the price I paid I shouldn’t be complaining so said she would have the lady who did them call me to explain in 15 minutes, well a day goes by and I finally get a call and now she’s telling me I have to pay MORE for the other half of the syringe?!? Yup this place is a rip off do not go here if your looking for good quality!!
