I used to frequent this nail salon when I lived in the area and always was pleased with the service. My long time nail tech is no longer in business so I thought I would try Epic again in hopes of finding a new regular nail tech. My gel manicure was acceptable but I am unhappy that they saw fit to charge an additional $2.00 on top of the $35 charge to do the manicure. I was not told that there would be an extra fee for polish removal. Most all other places include this with the gel manicure. Not pleased with this dishonest way of making money. I will frequent a salon who is honest and upfront about their charges and does not charge sneaky fees.

If I could I would give them 0 stars, very rude. Did my nails rough and wrong. They looked crooked, wrong color, nails bleeding and my real nail actually came off! Asked for coffins I was given nasty looking squares. Will never go back and will encourage people avoid this place

Staff were friendly and patient with two pre-teen girls while they agonized over colors and length of nails! We were able to walk-in without appointment with very little wait. Prices are reasonable and two girls were happy as could be with their new nails. Thanks, well done!

Have generally had very nice to really good experiences here. The women who’ve worked on our (daughter, friends, me) pedicures have been friendly, polite, kind, and most of them smiling. The massage chairs are an important feature to some of us with dicey backs; the ones at Epic are good. One drawback — I don’t like having to repeat several times that, NO, I do NOT want any cuticles cut; this happens two out of three visits. Also, not fun to wait, so we tend to go at the non-popular hours, for a more peaceful and pleasant experience. The polish lasts a long time.

The only place I go to get my nails done. They are always very welcoming, the staff remembers everyone’s names, they really try hard to give you exactly what you want. I like to get different designs I find on pinterest and they never seem annoyed or rush me to do something quicker. Prices are very reasonable for all that you get. I also love that they have a VIP package that saves you money on each service and it’s only like 12 a year. Highly recommended.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI paid $50 for a set of acrylics and ended up with an anxiety attack and a smudged thumb nail. The man that does the nails is extremely rude and unprofessional. If there was an option to give zero stars I would. I have never felt more humiliated and unwelcome in my life. 0/5
