I had a gel fill. When I went to pay I was charge a $5 special nail shape. When I went in, my nails were rounded. When she finished, my nails were still rounded. I questioned the charge and the manager said they charge extra for almond and coffin shape. I showed him my nails and asked what shape were they. He again repeated that they charge extra for almond and coffin. I said that my nails were neither. He refunded me my $5 and repeated that they charge extra for almond and coffin. Worst nail salon experience ever. I came in to get my acrylics removed. I have had this service done many times before at different locations and they soak off the gel and then gently drill your nails until the acrylic comes off. However when I came here the staff was very rude and did not greet me when I came in; they already seemed annoyed by my presence. The girl that was doing my nails immediately chopped down my acrylics and tried to rip them off with another fake nail. I explain to her that she was hurting me and I wanted her to soak them off she kept saying that the acetone would not soak acrylics off, however that is how every other place I’ve been to has done it. I told her multiple times that I did not want her to rip the nails off because I could literally see that my real nail was being ripped off as well. She kept arguing with me about it and then eventually she got acetone and dumped it in a bowl very aggressively. She was also talking to the lady next to her about me and I felt very uncomfortable. All in all she ruined my nails and I walked out as my hands were in the bowl because she was being so rude to me and saying I would need to sit there for 30 minutes. horrible experience the staff is rude and the place is dirty do not come here

I got the dip powder done to my nails with a design and let me tell you Annie didn’t not disappoint. I have already gotten so many compliments on my nails. Super clean place and very professional. I have already rebooked my appointment. Highly recommend this place. Dip powder

This was the worst nail salon experience I’ve had in my entire life. It started when I sat down and there were dirty fingernail clippings of my nail techs previous clients all over the dirty towel on the table. I did not rest my hands on this for the entirety of my service. I have a dip manicure on from my regular salon currently (I went here because I was leaving for a trip and my salon couldn’t fit me in) and she used the dremel to take off the polish before soaking in acetone, which is normal. What was abnormal was the fact that she was going all the way down to my nail bed with the metal bit, cut my skin multiple times with it without acknowledgment, and tore off the side of one of my fingernails with it. When she was removing the acetone soaked cotton balls from my fingers it appeared as though she was scared to even touch the acetone, she didn’t rub the cotton ball on my nail to remove the polish, she just used a small piece of paper towel to attempt it which was unsuccessful so then she went in with the dremel on my nail beds again. She barely filed my nails, didn’t push back or cut my cuticles (probably for the best because they clearly don’t clean their tools), she also didn’t clean my nails before proceeding with the dip powder. She flooded my cuticles, the dip was super messy, she again used the dremel to file on top of them whereas my regular place always uses a brand new file and buffer then disposes of them after my service. The nail file and buffer used here was tattered, old, and unclean. I had planned on getting a design so she proceeded with that, and also put gel top coat on all of my other nails even though they weren’t getting a design, I specifically do dip so I don’t have the uv light on all of my nails all the time. This nail tech didn’t even get to the edges of my nail so I have dull spots on the side, I have never seen such shoddy work in my entire life. It seems to be a conveyor belt there, just rush one person in and the next one out. No massage, no lotion, no cuticle oil. I will never be returning and I highly recommend others to find someplace else to get their nails done.

I went here on a recommendation. I can’t help but think it was the tech I got. Her area was dirt, the towel was dirty, the tools were not sanitized(taken out of a open package),. I have never seen a dirtier drying device for the gel. She didn’t even give me a chance to pick a color and I had an appointment. She was literally taking the gel off while I tried to find a color. Rushed – um yeah, like I was cattle. I just wanted to get the color on and get out of there. She kept trying to sell me more services…want gel dip, want eyebrows done… I had a very limited time and had to stay this time but I would hesitate to ever go again.

I had called the salon looking for a manicure and pedicure and they were able to get me an appointment within an hour. I had shown a picture of a French ombre with chrome and the nail artist was able to recreate it perfectly with tips and dip powder. The staff was very friendly. This was one of the worst manicure pedicure experience of my life . I had been to this established once before and the technician was fabulous, so I made an appointment with another Technician Tina, when I arrived she had me wait 30 mins because she took another client. Then tried to drill my natural nails like they were acrylic and proceeded to argue with me when I refused to allow my natural nails to be drilled. Because it’s the holiday weekend I was not able to walk. It was a horrible experience. Beware cash is untraceable. When payments and tips are left in cash there is no tax being paid by the receiver of the cash.

The owner and other staff were very friendly when they first opened. The Owner always greeted me by my first name and held a conversation with me while doing my nails. After going there for many years he all of a sudden stopped greeting me, never made conversation anymore and was very cold toward me. I would try to converse he would answer me, but was very short. He would then greet clients walking in the door and hold a conversation with them while doing my nails. He made me feel very uncomfortable and it was no longer enjoyable and relaxing for me to go there anymore. Let me add I would have an appointment and he would leave me sitting there and a few times took his daughter home and I had to wait for him to get back, meanwhile waited 20 mins over my appointment. The other staff who did my pedicures would rush me to pick a color, then tell me to turn off my massager because I was moving too much. I had no choice but to go elsewhere.

Great service! My girlfriend and I came here today for a little birthday mani/pedi. Friendly staff! Beautiful new inside and super clean! The pedicure was amazing lol she got dip powder something ♂️ but she was also happy! Definitely coming back!
