I’ve gotten my nails done here, twice. My Step Mother took me here and I’ve been hooked ever since. I love the way they do my nails. It’s a small shop but the staff is very friendly and they do a good job. It’s also very clean inside and it has a great atmosphere. I love coming here and I’ll keep coming here!

It’s only when I go to certain ppl at this shop my nails last longer idk why. But got my nails done here last week and 3 have already fallen off. Im light on my hands as well ! I usually pay $60 for one color and medium long length acrylics. But this time they charged me $90. I told the lady I usually pay $60 every time I haven’t changed anything and she said it’s because my nails were long but I get them that length every time and it’s the same price everytime. So ya not coming here anymore. Mind you I come from Riverside .

The man did my nails on a Monday , on Tuesday the following day my nails were lifting. I was charged $50 for nails that looked nothing like what I asked for. My nails were left with bubbles from the gel not curing correctly and lint inside of the gel and some black stuff in the inside of the acrylic. He also somehow cut my pinky :'( I can’t wait to get this mess off, its embarrassing.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThis place had the worst customer service ever! I showed up 30 minutes early and they acted like it was a crime. The fact that they think it’s ok to talk In their language knowingly they are talking about you is ridiculous. I sat there 20 minutes after my appointment time and not once did they say anything to me. But they sure do have signs everywhere with all their rules likes it’s a preschool. I literally walked out because at that point why would I want to do my nails and have to come back for a fill to such nonsense. The fact that they think it’s ok to talk In their language knowingly they are talking about you is ridiculous. I sat there 20 minutes after my appointment time and not once did they say anything to me. But they sure do have signs everywhere with all their rules likes it’s a preschool. I was in a rush, came to this place but NEVER again I will come back. Starting from the door, guy has no matters to make you feel welcome. Terrible service! They move me 3 times to different chairs. One started to do my nails. I ended up with a beginner I think because it took more than an hour to finish my full set . Plus the time I was waiting in one chair to another.
