They were nice but they charged me 80 dollars for plain black acrylic which Tim rushed through. He left them very lumpy and on top of that I asked for Matte black and he was so in a rush because it was close to closing time that he left them half glossy half matte and some part of the nails isn’t even painted at all. Total ripoff. Not worth the hype. They don’t even try to help you fix anything. Not coming here again.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI came in for a NO CHIP manicure. Within the next day, all my nails started lifting, I also noticed that the paint was over my skin. Which is not suppose to happen. I paid for a no chip set but not even a day after and it started chipping. I’m usually a regular at this salon and when I spoke to the manager in regards to my poorly done manicure. After waiting a couple of days, they offered me a repaint, I had asked for a refund due to the fact that I had to go else where and spend more money to have my nails fixed. Right after that’s when the manager, Nicole started adding extra restrictions that I was not made aware of prior. She stated that the repaint HAD TO BE THE SAME COLOR AS I GOT PREVIOUSLY, SAME LENGTH AND they were ONLY giving me till the end of this week to come in and get my nails fixed mind you it’s FRIDAY. Nobody stated that I had a time limit. As much as I appreciated the offer, I personally didn’t feel comfortable going back to a salon that messed up my nails and had all my nails chipping THE DAY AFTER. After I had politely asked for a refund the manager stated to me that they don’t do refunds because “they work hard for their money” AS DO I. And then she’s going to state that “it’s common sense” that I would go to them to get my nails fixed within the time limit they gave me when IT SAYS NO WHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE ABOUT ANY OF THESE POLICIES. And I told the manager that, that’s when she hit me with “no we don’t because it’s common sense” EXCUSE ME?!?! Not only am I extremely unhappy with my results, I lost my hard earned money to a salon that uses ZELLE that claims they can’t refund me my money. And is only giving me until TOMORROW to get my nails fixed. I will NEVER give them my business again. They don’t even clean their tools properly. Pulling them out of dirty drawers with a whole bunch of dust when they’re suppose to be in alcohol. ESPECIALLY after you had use them on another client.I came in for a NO CHIP manicure. I showed them the picture of what I wanted they said yes I can do this for you and came out nothing like the picture they say it’s because of lighting but it wasn’t. Very disappointed.
