Had a pedicure done. Technician was constantly taking phone calls. Rushes through the whole pedicure. My nails were not even even, but instead were clipped crooked. Showed my mom, she said I do a better job at home.

My first experience with Epic nail salon was great! Me and my girlfriends decided to go get pedicures one Sunday everything was great. So of course I decided to go back. So this past Thursday 12/29/22 I decided to take my daughter on a mommy daughter date to get manicures and pedicures we arrive about 2:19pm we walk in they ask me what service I wanted I stated two pedicures. The lady doing nails asked did I have an appointment I stated no, she said one moment while they check to see if they have any availabilities, I said ok and sat down. The other lady then comes back and says unfortunately I have an appointment at 2:30pm I said that’s fine I’ll wait. Do you have any other appointments or availability after that appointment? She stats no unfortunately I don’t, I said okay and me and my daughter walked out! I sat in my car for about 5 mins something told me to call and try to see if they were really booked! So I called and said I would like to make an appointment for today for two pedicures (in my sweet white woman voice. Remind you I’m black) I’m watching them from my car check their book. She then states yes you can come at 3:30pm it was about 2:27pm at that moment. I was just so confused on how I was just in there face and there was nothing available for me and my daughter but I call and there’s magically an opening for 3:30! I would hate to say that they were discriminating towards me n my daughter but at this point that’s the only thing I could think of! Me n daughter didn’t let it ruin our girls day we just went else where! But I definitely won’t be going back to Epic nails!

Epic nail spa is absolutely fantastic. I wish I could give them 10 stars! The staff is always so kind, courteous, and always offer something to drink when you are seated. Their nail work is exceptional and I recommend them to everyone I know. They are pretty busy so I recommend always making an appointment.

This place is amazing! Courteous, friendly and they always successfully do there best to work you in if you haven’t made an appt. Dala is the one who does my nails but any one of them are great! The prices are very reasonable.

The gentleman who did my full set this afternoon was AMAZING! I have never had a nail tech take their time and pay such attention to detail before. So happy I came here for the first time getting my nails done for the first time in years. The whole staff was very welcoming. Definitely will be back. 🙂

I had such a positive experience here! I was visiting from out of town for a wedding and was able to get an appointment just a few days before. My manicure and my pedicure were so relaxing. My gel manicure has lasted almost 3 weeks with only two minor chips. Everything was clean and everyone was very nice. I will definitely be back if I need my nails done in the area!
