I was skeptical about the idea of paying a diet doctor to lose weight as I felt I could do it on my own with the right diet and exercise but a friend mentioned that they had a wonderful experience at a local weight loss clinic and figured I’d give it a shot. The first month I only lost one pound BUT I admit it was my fault since I did not follow the doctor’s custom program. After that first month, I was strict with myself and followed the doctors program as best as I could and started to consistently lose weight each week. So far, I’ve lost a total of 12 pounds. The diet program DOES work if you follow it. I would definitely recommend Epic Medical Weight Loss if you’re looking for a safe and healthy way to lose weight under a physician’s guidance and care.
