If you’ve had trust issues with your hairdresser in the past, look no further. I was so afraid of getting my haircut I just kept it long, always. Ever since I’ve gone to Lydia my fear is completely gone. From bangs, to a bob, to dying my whole head blonde, she always makes me look fabulous no matter what. One of the Epic Image stylists, Makala, overcharged us (More than twice the salon owner’s pricing) for completely unprofessional and unsanitary wedding make up application. Makala also did not know how to do the wedding hair styles we requested. She assured us she would “learn how to do it by the wedding day”. So we left he salon being charged $230 (bride and mother of the bride) hair and make up and felt completely ripped off. Make up was applied directly from the tube (lipstick, eyeliner, etc.). Completely unsanitary and unprofessional. The salon owner agreed we should get a full refund after hearing the issues, but since the stylists rent booths they can act independently. A complaint has been filed with the state about this stylist and the salon that allowed this service to occur.
