I’ve been getting cut at this barbershop for several months and have never been disappointed by the services provided. The barbers go above and beyond to ensure their clientele are fully satisfied with the service that they provide. The shop is clean and the barbers are all professional. This Barber shop is the definition of perfection! I’ve been getting cut at this barbershop for several months and have never been disappointed by the services provided. The barbers go above and beyond to ensure their clientele are fully satisfied with the service that they provide. The shop is clean and the barbers are all professional. All barbers are punctual and meet booked appointment times as requested. 10/10 will recommend this shop to anyone looking to get a 5-star haircut!

Critical: ProfessionalismI went there with my husband who is a marine so he could get a haircut. I am disabled and was accompanied by my service dog who is my legal medical equipment. She was leashed, behaving appropriately, and clearly marked as a service dog by her gear. Under the Americans with disabilities act she is allowed to accompany me anywhere. The ADA also clarifies that there is no legal registration for service dogs and handlers may not legally be asked for an identification card for their service animal. The man working, I believe it was Dangelo Joyner, told me that my service dog could not accompany me. I explained that she is medical equipment required for my disability. He requested my registration card. When I tried to explain that I cannot legally provide registration he told me that he would not argue with me and I needed to leave. This establishment has been reported to the ADA and department of justice for discrimination. I was so disappointed to be denied access with my medical equipment, especially in a town with so many veterans. We just moved to cherry point and will never return to this barber shop.
