This was mine and my daughters second time visiting this nail salon. The first time I was here I said I would never go back, but decided to give them a second chance, my mistake. First of all they are rude! They will ask you 20 times to upgrade your pedicure and when you do not they are aggravated. And when you don’t get a manicure with your gel nail they are aggravated and put off by you! They put no time into doing the nails since we didn’t want a manicure. As my daughter was waiting for me to finish my pedicure she sat in the empty chair next to me and turned the massage on and the madly rudely told her to stop the chair she didn’t pay for a pedicure. Needless to say we will not be back!

Terrible experience… I went today to get my acrylics soaked off and she literally was ripping them off aggressively… I asked her if she could soak them and she told me no. I had to pay $10 for that! Then she unevenly cut my nails as short as they would go and rushed through the process. For $40.00 I left wanting to cry… T NAILS was closed today otherwise I would have gone there… much better.

Very poor service. Went in for basic pedi, I was quickly given a foot rub, poor/uneven trim, leaving half trimmed cuticles on 5 toes. Manager was very rude saying if you want callus removal you have to pay $75. Avoid this place!! Looks like a child painted my toes after I stated this is not worth $35 and they attempted to redo. They also take dirty nail clippers and cuticle pushers from chair to chair. They will spread disease & hurt people in cross contamination. Zero stars!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI asked for something completely different. The lady forced me to tip her, she would not give me my card back until i tipped her. She did not size them, nor did she ask how short i wanted them cut. They are so uneven and not anything close to what i asked. They’re not the correct color. These folks are very friendly and their work is great. Though they speak Vietnamese, their English is good, prices are fair & they have many skills. Acrylic nails, gel & powder for nails. A regular manicure is low enough to do weekly but regular polish stays longer. Massage, waxing & great pedicures are just a few of their skills.
