Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThis was my first time getting gel done, but I am familiar with how it is supposed to look. I felt uncomfortable as the table and products were not very clean. There were hairs and fuzzies that got into the polish, and as you can see in one of the pictures, on my nail. I didn’t ask too many questions, because I didn’t want to be rude, but I am disappointed in the lack of attention to detail. I then felt uncomfortable as a tip was practically demanded when I honestly had no cash on me. Out of politeness, I did use their ATM, and I did tip, although I did not feel the service was exemplary. As you can see my cuticles are horribly scratched up, my nail beds are still hurting a day later. nails are lumpy and uneven. my friend got hers done by the owner and repeatedly got yelled at and after her session she waited in the waiting chair and seen him use the exact same tools on her hands as the next clients without cleaning them. we were rushed and they rushed doing the job. i felt extremely uncomfortable being there and wanted to leave in the middle of it.Service: ManicureAfter looking at your reviews i decided to come here thinking it would be a great experience.
