As another reviewer has mentioned, beware of paying up front and having to stop your treatments due to pregnancy or moving. They will not reimburse you for anything. There was also a time I could not travel to an appointment due to a snow storm and heavy traffic. I was not going to risk my life for hair removal. Instead of understanding the situation they charged me a fee for not coming in.

They have a no show fee which is not explained or shown on any website. Their hair removal session only takes 2 minutes for underarm. I have no idea why they asked for 50 dollars for no show or late. They don’t notify you when to get the sessions. You have to take a note of when you did the session, when you should do it next time. I went to other clinics but never experienced that.
