I purchased a Groupon for a hair cut, deep condition, and blow out. When I called to make my appointment, the receptionist said that they would not be willing to honor it and I would need to call Groupon for a refund. How absurd is that? Don’t offer a deal if you have no intention of actually allowing customers to use it. Groupon only offers credits rather than refunds, so I had to fight in order to get my money back which was really stressful. Envy Salon said they weren’t willing to offer me anything at all in order to help make this situation better. I had been wanting to try Envy Salon for a while and now they have not only lost a customer, but promotion from a beauty blogger with a large following.
