I was pretty upset when I left yesterday and left a bad review HOWEVER Lynn texted me personally and responded in such a professional way and offered to immediately fix the problem free of charge. My hair looks amazing and I am so happy now. She was so nice throughout the entire process and explained why there might have been some problems. You can tell everyone there is extremely professional and loves what they do and wants to be the best at it. Lynn cut and styled my hair and also gave me a couple options as far as color after showing her a picture I liked. We went with a balayage. She was extremely patient and kind and explained each step to me. It was so easy to trust her. I love my hair now! It’s everything I wanted. I also got my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Hailey and was very happy and pleased! This salon will be the only one I go to from now on and I recommend anyone reading this to give these kind ladies a shot! Molly did my hair she was on time professional and super sweet! Overall happy with the way it turned out. Coloring seemed a bit overpriced as I work at a hair salon that’s WAY less. Floor was pretty dirty but didn’t bother me. when I got home my face was completely framed in Dye That I had to scrub off which I wasn’t happy about Hair coloring
