I’ve been getting my nails done by Rose at envy nails for the past 6 months or so and every time she’s done an amazing job BUT this last time she was very heavy handed and rude. I also felt like I was being rushed. This was disappointing because not only do I like the way she does my nails but the prices are high. I paid 40 dollars for a simple gel FILL. No designs. And the price fluctuates every time I go. They talk sh** in their language and it’s noticeable. Not to mention Rose doesn’t like for you to tell her how or what you want done with your own nails. You can’t have an opinion with her she’ll just talk over you and act like she knows everything. It’s one thing to do good nails but if the service is bad that’s a deal breaker for me. I will not be going back for these reason.

I’ve been there three times and every one of them I come out with my nails looking amazing. The workers are really nice and while some of them have thicker accents, they’re very patient and understanding about it. Overall, I’d go there again.

Kind, attentive, and fast service. The vibe is relaxing, and the shop appears cleanly. I like the ladies, they’re positive and friendly and listening to them chat with each other was quite soothing. The girl who did my pedicure was stellar. I haven’t had many pedicures, but this far exceeded any I have had in the past. I felt she took great time on me. Will certainly be coming back:)

Been going to envy nails for a while an never left disappointed until I had the lady in the third seat do my nails. my nails were chipping off the next day. And when I go back to get them fixed she was mad an got a horrible attitude with me an told me she will fix them but she won’t ever do my nails again very poor customer service I was very respectful an all I wanted was my nails fixed. i ended getting them fixed but she was very rude and DISRESPECTFUL with a nasty attitude. If I were anybody I wouldn’t go get my nails done by the lady in the third row. If you want a GOOD JOB an to be SATISFIED set a appointment with rose she’s the only good one. Oh an Anna is good too

I’ve been coming here for over a decade. It’s clean, friendly and the ladies are so personable. I have NEVER been unhappy or not pleased with what I got done. It’s reasonably priced and up to date with current techniques, styles and colors. I love them!
