I’m sorry but this place is a no for me. I tried twice. The first time I went my nails came out nothing like I imagined. They were bulky, thick and some of them were crooked. My pedicure polish was smudged the same day, after letting it dry for three hours. There were way too many coats applied. So .. I went back a few days later to get it fixed. I was given no discount and the owner appeared to be upset that I was asking for my nails to be fixed. I had a different mail tech this time who was a little better but still not great. 5 days later and my gel is completely coming off (see pictures below). I will not be returning.

I came here on saturday 09/10 to get a manicure and dip powder on my nails. The man doing my nails removed my previous dip so fast that he cut me on 4 of my fingers as well as injured 1 nail by making a divet. Two of the cuts are pretty deep. Not only that but he didn’t do the manicure but charged for it. I’m attaching pictures of what my nails look like on 09/12. The color is pretty but they didn’t remove the excess dip around my nail and they just look sloppy. I paid $55. There were 3 other people in the salon. There wasn’t a reason to rush. I told them about the cuts and they apologized and offered to discount. I would be cautious coming here.

Came in 30 minutes till closing to get mine and my daughter nails done the young lady was very sweet and worked us in know it was going to take her awhile to do us she did an amazing job on my daughter nails definitely recommend them for your nails needs Dip powder

I was there as a bridesmaid for a bridal party. Not only did they make the bride pay for her nails twice and almost late to her rehearsal dinner, the quality has been terrible. Mine and another bridesmaid’s nails are completely see through using both gel and dip. The bride had a dip pedicure done and that evening the polish came off and we had to go to another nail salon to fix it. Just a few days later my gel started to peel off. They also made the bride cry multiple times. 0/10 recommend

NANCY is THE BEST I have been coming here a little over a year now and have never gone anywhere else ! They have the best price in this area and all are honest about what they can do. The worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon: was the day before a brides wedding where we set an appointment 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE we triple checked the morning of that they were ready for us and it legit took them 4 hours total to do the BRIDES nails and toes. I had to tell them multiple times that she was the bride and they needed to help her because she would have been late to her rehearsal. The best was when the bride was in the chair for 2 HOURS while her nail tech kept getting up and walking around every time she dipped her nails. She cut her so bad they were GUSHING blood and did not acknowledge or try to fix her mistakes. They made her pay for both sets TWICE because they forgot that her mom paid for it!! After the FOUR HOUR ordeal where the bride was late to her rehearsal dinner her toe nails FELL OFF THE NIGHT BEFORE HER WEDDING. We ended up having to go to a 24 hour nail salon the night before her wedding.

Pedicure was ok, didnt clip my nails real good in the corners, nails are rough as well. 4 hours later & the clear top coat appears to have shrunk & the color is messed up through no fault of my own. Sat at the salon for an additional 30 min for it to dry & had a couple errands. 4 hours later, finally sit down & there’s fresh polish on the other toe….very disappointed for what I paid for.

Came in for the 1st time with my little daughter wanting to get our nails done (dip powder for me and just simple nail paint for my daughter, no manicure). Waited patiently for awhile (at least 30 mins)… finally got asked to sit thinking they were gonna start with our nails. Finally after another wait, one lady came over and started on my daughter’s nails and didn’t even know what I wanted done. Told her what I wanted and thought I’d be next. Well, here comes in a couple, they get seated right away, and the lady who did my daughter’s nails goes over to them and starts on the guy’s pedicure! Seriously?! I was with my dtr, so I didn’t cause any commotion. I’ve waited long enough and saw how they treat certain customers. I walked up to the counter to pay for my dtr’s nails. No one even apologized for the inconvenience but gave me a card for $5 off next visit! No, I will not be coming back. There’s too many nail salons in the area to have to put up with this.. no wonder they have a 3.9 star review. Smh.
