I stumbled upon this nail place during a winter storm when everywhere else was closed. I literally looked up from driving, saw it was open, and came in. I’m so glad I did! They did a wonderful job. Probably the most thorough dip manicure I’ve had. Tina did my nails and she was awesome- so kind, so thorough and meticulous and I even got a quick massage out of it which was a nice surprise. And the price is affordable and better than some of the other larger salons. I’m so glad I found this place and will definitely be back!!

When me and my cousin arrived no one bothered to greet us, they just asked what we wanted and sat us down. No one bothered on talking to us or directing us to the paint swatches, my color choices were pretty limited. They didn’t clean my cuticles they just slapped the nails on. The service felt really rushed and aggressive I paid 75 dollars for French tip short nails and they fell off within the week, the lady that painted my nails was very sweet and somewhat talkative. Critical: QualityI am a very loyal customer and my daughter and I go here frequently. The nail tech was doing my nails and drilled my nails over and over and over to the point of drilling into my actual nails. I continue to tell her this was uncomfortable and while doing so a regular customer of hers came in and wanted her to do their pedicure and she became increasingly agitated because someone would not take her place to come do my nails. She kept saying she needed to do her customer and the fact was at that time I was her customer. She just continue to drill my nail until I pulled my hand away and demanded she stop. The nail tech that took her place kept explaining why she was continuing to drill my nail which made no sense. She finished my nails knowing how upset I was. No manager offered me an apology, Nor was a discount offered. I loved going here but I will never come in this place again. It is so disappointing because clearly I was not important enough to receive quality service. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI absolutely love this nail salon & all of the wonderful staff! I have been going to them for almost 4 years. I should have written this a lot sooner…the owner is amazing & very sweet & always bends over backwards to do whatever you need. She always wants everyone to walk out of there being very happy with their work. The wonderful staff always does an amazing job on my nails & toenails-& they do WAY more for the price-I have been to other salons where they are rude & rush & only do the very bare minimum-they are NEVER like this at this salon. I always see all of the elderly people who are always coming in & have no one else to take care of their nails & they treat them with such kindness & gentleness & are always ready to do whatever special things they may need. I absolutely love that-it shows what kind of people they truly are. I enjoy the environment & find it very relaxing! They can be very busy at times, call ahead if you’re in a hurry. They’re busy because they’re a very popular salon & people become loyal customers after seeing what a great environment & what great staff & what a great job they do-& everything that you get for the price! I would not recommend this place. They were very unprofessional. This lady who did mine had thousand other things going on besides doing my manicure. Ended up cutting my cuticles to the point I was bleeding.
