I did not get what I asked for. It is important for a business to keep up with current trends and know how to execute the styles. Especially if it is a style they promote on their website. These two pictures are not the same yet I took the photo of the style I wanted from their website. I assumed that the nail tech would be able to do it again. I have no doubt that the nail techs at the salon are skilled, but they have not given quality service. As the salon closed and the light hit my nails, I realized what I got wasn’t the same that’s what I requested. I went back the next day asking if it can be redone. The lady who was in charge that day spoke very rudely and told me that I knew “nothing about nails”. I understand that I can’t expect every style to look exactly the same but in this instance, the differences was very noticeable and the way to fix it was very obvious. The nails should not be mostly green rather a collection of different colors. also the nails were crooked. She refused to redo the nails and so I asked if she can remove it all together. The whole time I was there she was catching an attitude with me. Mind you I did not raise my voice at her, I spoke very politely, and this was the first time I had ever returned back to a nail salon and requested a redo. I don’t think I’ll be going to these types of nail salons again. It’s better to just find a local nail tech who knows what she/he is doing and is able to replicate trends. It’s just not worth it to waste your money on something that you don’t want.

I always do walk ins at this location. When I get there early i let the woman at the first table named “Tee” do my nails. Her work is awesome and her shaping skills are amazing. I like her free handed designs and I’ve never broken one of her nails. But on this day I got there and a younger guy did my nails. He free handed the design on my toes which I am in love with because I spent many years in Hawaii and the hibiscus flower he put on my toes reminded me of there. The nails he did off of an inspiration photo and I like the way they came out. Perhaps we should have faded the gel polish instead of the chrome powder because even tho I love the chrome power faded look, we didn’t seal it very well…it started chipping/wearing off the edges within a couple days. I didnt stress about it because I am a trucker anyway and so I tend to be a bit more rough on my nails. I really liked how adventurous the young man was with attempting my inspiration look.

I am so thrilled to say my nails came out perfect! The woman who did my nails fixed them up because they were a bit messed up (chunky and misshapened) from a different salon. I have never been so happy about how my nails turned out. I love them and for sure will be returning to them!!

Y’all stop wasting your money here. This one lady who lives to rush but thinks she deserves a tip. Leave them where they at . Go to N Y NAILS off the express wAy on Raeford Road. Much better quality of nails and great prices. Last TIME I WILL SPEND ANY MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Sad and ugly person inside and out doing peoples nails and not caring about them at all gives the entire spa a terrible look. I would bring my mother and sister and now they no longer will be spending any time or money at this place. Good luck!

Amazing atmosphere. Great staff. T did my nails and helped with my idea and she did q great job and made me feel good about myself. I would nost definitely reccomend. This is now going to be my regular salon

I got a mani pedi today and omg it was by far the best nail salon I have ever been too. I’ve so used to nail salon techs rushing through and doing a meh job but the gentleman I had today took his time and my nails look fantastic. I definitely recommend, not just because of how amazing they are but the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the place as well.

Critical: Quality, ValueI went there last week the lady that helped me was nice but kept hurting me when drilling my nails. On top of that the nails didn’t even last a week I had 3 break 5 days after getting them done. The over all was a bad look she didn’t go all the way to my cuticles and you can see streak marks from the polish. I had requested black matte with glossy tips. The tip of my nail you can see were she tried to clean up and it just made it worse. She didn’t clean up we’re she left polish on my skin. I do not recommend this place the acrylic cheap here is cheap to break so fast like the way it did and she didn’t even push my cuticles back or nothing. Not the place I’d go to again and I don’t think anyone else should either I paid $70 for nails that broke 5 days after getting them. I went yesterday to get a pedicure. An older man did the pedicure. Even though he was nice, the process was painful. I have not ever had an ingrown toenail on my left big toe. This man cut the side of my toe and made it bleed. When he got to the base of it, he was pulling trying to get the nail piece off. He then put some green liquid on my toe which burned and made it even more painful. Now the right toe I had an ingrown before, but not ever had an issue with removing it. As he proceeded to get the ingrown out, my toe started bleeding bad. Also, he did not get all of the ingrown piece out. Now I’m bothered that you started something you couldn’t even finish and now I’m stuck with that issue.
