Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI dont usually write reviews but this was a very disappointing Experiencewe made an appointment for 2 of us and walking in Envy nails we were not even greeted. we waited about 20 minutes before one of us could start with the manicure and gel nails. First I’m not sure if you would call it a manicure as you can see from a photo I posted. still dirty and I received no cuticle oil or lotion or hand massage. I picked out a color which she quickly started putting on my nails and I said that does not look like the color on the sample at all. She told me not to move and rushed through the 2nd coat. I said a few more times I do not like the color, I was ignored. She acted like she could not understand me and seemed so annoyed with just doing my nails. the Owner overheard and said that is the color you picked, It was not even close. She said ok just take off the gel and charged me $15. My mother in law did not even want to get hers done after watching the whole thing. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis was my first time here and it was great. Kelly was great to talk to while she did my nails and they turned out beautiful with the design she did on them. I will definitely go back to her when i need them done again. Thank you Kelly for such a wonderful job on my nails.Service: Acrylic nails

Definitely exceeded my expectations and I will be back! Also very clean and a lot of options and colors to choose from. Critical: ProfessionalismI was aware that Kelly was preoccupied before she sat down to give me my pedicure however; within three minutes her phone rang (personal cell not business line) and proceeded to speak so loudly and angrily for fifteen minutes letting me sit with my foot in front of her. When my sister in law said something to her about it and her I professionalism she yelled at us and threw us out without completing our pedicures. Lewis was apologetic while she was rude and a huge disappointment. I was aware that Kelly was preoccupied before she sat down to give me my pedicure however; within three minutes her phone rang (personal cell not business line) and proceeded to speak so loudly and angrily for fifteen minutes letting me sit with my foot in front of her. When my sister in law said something to her about it and her I professionalism she yelled at us and threw us out without completing our pedicures. Lewis was apologetic while she was rude and a huge disappointment. I do not recommend Kelly or her nail salon

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMade an appointment for a pedicure and gel manicure. There were very limited colors for both gel and regular polish. I didn’t even get the colors I originally wanted because they didn’t have them. The pedicure was okay but they quickly started talking about my feet in front of me acting like I didn’t know what was happening. For my manicure none of my nails were cut only filed which resulted in my nails being all different sizes. They got mad when I couldn’t find a color I wanted & started just placing a million in front of me impatiently waiting for me to decide. I didn’t even get what I wanted because at this point I was ready to leave. My manicure was completely rushed once they saw clients coming in & there was gel left of my skin even after. I was charged $10 extra to get the gel I already had on taken off which I have never been charged for at any other salon. No gloves were worn the entire time and not once did I see them wash their hands in between clients. My friend also had the same appointment and she was pulled out of her chair when other clients started to come in for their appointments. Overall we were both very disappointed in the service we received and will not be returning. Made an appointment for a pedicure and gel manicure. There were very limited colors for both gel and regular polish. I didn’t even get the colors I originally wanted because they didn’t have them. The pedicure was okay but they quickly started talking about my feet in front of me acting like I didn’t know what was happening.
