At envy I have them on for three weeks, and no lifting, no chipping polish. Pricing is fair and seems to be consistent with other nail salons. I always make appointments so never have to wait. Kevin is awesome! He’s my go-to but I’ve seen other techs as well and have always received excellent service. The entire staff is very kind and friendly, and I especially appreciate the additional measures they’ve taken to ensure customer safety during the pandemic. It is obvious they really care about their customers and the quality of their work. Pricing is fair and seems to be consistent with other nail salons. I always make appointments so never have to wait. Kevin is awesome! Positive: ProfessionalismAfter a horrible experience at Bebe nails in Bridgeville.We still wanted our feet & nails done.I called Nail Envy to make an appointment for me, my girlfriend and our two 4-year-old daughters. The person that answered did not speak English well but was extremely patient and understanding while we navigated our needs and made the appointment. We arrived on time picked out our nail polish and were immediately taken to our chairs.It was the 1st time our 4-Year-Old’s were having their nails done.ANDY was very personable and engaged with me and my experience. The girl that took care of my daughter was very patient with her.I had a pedicure and dipped nails (my 1st time having my nails dipped). The pedicure was great.
