Within the last 3 or 4 months I have developed an allergy to nail polish. The skin around my nails and cuticles became inflamed and extremely itchy. My skin became so soft that it was easy to tear the skin so I would either have dead skin all around my nails or little cuts and tears and constantly be bleeding. The itching would go away just in time for me to go back to the nail salon. I will be honest, I thought the previous salon I was going to was not cleaning the utensil well enough or properly and thought I was given and infection. After coming here with the same problem I went to the doctor and they told me I developed an allergy. Now, I have extremely weak nails. Always have and always will. I get my nails done because they used gel polish to help thicken the nails and not break so often. Now that I was presented with an allergy I had to ask if they had hypoallergenic nail polish. The woman told me that they did not but I was more than welcome to bring my own. I can tell that she thought about my allergy because when I came back the morning of my appointment she came right over to me and asked if I would be willing to try a dipping powder instead of the nail polish I brought. She told me that it was a gel base, not nail polish, and they would my nail into a colored powder. She informed the that the dip would also help strengthen my nails because it had vitamins in it specifically for nail growth. She said if the dip still gave me a reaction to call the store or come in and speak to her and they would use the hypoallergenic nail polish I bought. I got my nails done this past Saturday, 10.26.2019, and not a single sign of itchiness. I appreciate that she actually tried to find a solution to my problem for me and how informative she was and her willingness to fix it if her solution did not work. My nails came out great by the way, and she was right, my nails feel much thicker with the dip. It has been five days and not a single crack in my nails. That is a record for me!

I would give this salon a 0 star if I could. I went in today for the first time and asked for a gel manicure. I was so excited to get my nails done because I have been growing them out for 3 weeks and have to go to a wedding tomorrow. The guy (not the manager) working there began filing my nails and during the process made a negative comment about how long my nails were. I mean isn’t that the reason why I came in the first place? So you can clean them up and do my nails? I ignored it and he continued to file. They were a tad long so I asked if he can file a little more but instead he filed my nails the entire way down. I told him to stop but he wouldn’t and now I don’t even have any nails and they are extremely short and look so horrible. The way he did my French is the worst job I’ve never seen and I will never recommend this salon to anyone. I asked for a refund from the manager and he began shouting at me and insisted he would fix my nails but they look disgusting and now I have to wait for two more weeks to go get them done from a salon who actually knows how to do nails. DO NOT GO HERE. extremely unprofessional, rude and inexperienced.

Went for the first time to get nails don and the guy who did my nails- (maybe the owner) didnt know how to do dip. He kept asking for instructions while doing dip from the girl sitting next to him. Once that was done, he sanded off to much where u could actually see my nails. He just took gel color and painted over it. Extremely unhappy of the service. Will definitely not be going back!

Terrible experience, the guy used the top coat as the foundation and when I pointed it out he felt “disrespected”, refused to change it, said it’s the same thing and continued with the manicure. The second day my nails started to chip. Very bad customer service!
