Critical: PunctualityWe were running late and we called to ask if they could see us 30 min later than original scheduled time, which they agreed to. Our appt was for 1230p, when we arrived they said they could only take one, and the other two would need to wait a few minutes. We weren’t seen until 45 min later.When we were finally in the chair, the water was too hot and we mentioned it to them. The tech instead asked us to keep our feet outside of the water vs. adding cold water.The techs then rushed thru the service since they had other scheduled appts coming in. We were not happy with the end result; the pedicure looked rushed.Overall, I would not recommend this salon for quality. Critical: ProfessionalismThe ladies were nice enough, the professionalism was not there from my manicurist it was so sad to have sat through an insulting experience. More training is definitely needed in the Envy Nails & Spa. The one in particular needs to have compassion when it come to persons with special needs. Went to this salon less than one week ago and my gel nails have already peeled off. Never had an issue with gel nails in the past. This salon uses a gel base with regular nail polish… basically regular nail polish with a slightly thicker clear coat underneath. Unprofessional staff with front desk employee stating, “you nails look interesting.” Mind you all I had on my nails were light pink. Strange place, will not go back, do not recommend.

Clean and attractive comfortable place. Operator Wendy was just okay. She cut my nails unevenly and didn’t talk to me at all about anything I wanted I’d preferred and used the exfoliation gel to do the massage, which hurt a lot.Will try once more with a different operator.

I got my acrylics done here less than a week ago. 2 of them are already off. They barely even filed my nail so none of the nails even stuck on they’re basicllly all lose. It’s even more expensive than any other salons. The people are very nice and it is nice and clean inside, but the nails they do are HORRIBLE. I will never go here again. Do not get your acrylics done here.

Acrylics came off less than a week, nail “tech” cut my thump nail too short and said it looks fine…which didnt it was so awkward. They are really nice and willing to redo everything but yet again nails arent shaped the way i wanted….
