Super rough, the lady kept pushing my hands in my face. she didn’t touch my cuticles. I had to have the lady redo a few nails a few times. She got my shape all wrong I asked for boxy square. I ended up with thick and slanted nails. Not happy at all. So many spots that aren’t colored due to the filing. Honestly never coming back. Would not recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend Envy nails . I usually make an appointment online (if your not in a rush) or by calling (if you need service same day, they usually can get you in). The girls there are great! We love Lisa and Estephane (I believe that how you spell her name). Lisa took care of my daughters who are 9 and 7 years old. Treated them like little girls they are and socialize with them, made them want to come back to see her again. Estepane took care of myself and she did an amazing job. The price is right especially when you come with your daughters. They accept cards but do charge a small fee for the cc machine. Bring cash if you can! We will be back soon!

Got my nails refilled here and within 12 hours my nail broke off. I should have known when the nail tech couldn’t file or shape my nails correctly that I should have run! By day 2 all of my nails had broken off and my acrylic was chipping off. The morning if day 3, I made an appt in downtown Lowell at this wonderful nail place …I WILL NEVER NOT GO TO AGAIN!

This place was horrible I sat in a chair for two hours for someone that couldn’t figure out a shape. I had a crooked nail and asked her to fix it 3 times and she said it was my finger ??!?! I asked for a brown French tip style she couldn’t even file my nails so I told her never mind on the style and she just left the base dip on my nails. I don’t recommend I should’ve never paid. Horrible.
