They advertised a gel fill in as $32. i had a gel fill in with a cut down. (I asked for a lot cut down but the nail tech was insistent i cut a small amount. Got tired of requesting what I wanted and accepted a minimal cut down). Got to the register and was told $48. I asked “why are my services $48 when this sign right here (picture added) shows $32. They said “oh you had cut down and gel polish.” I said “it SAYS GEL FILL IN $32. Are you telling me a cut down is $16??” The manager, I assume, walked over and printed a bill for $43. I decided to just pay it- but then saw I was charged the full $48. I asked why, and they said “the cut down mam.” I still tipped because I believe in tipping- but I would NEVER give this place my business again. Dishonest prices. Unable to explain the prices. And the work was DECENT at best.

Snow was great and very patient with me. The manager there was funny too. Will be my nail salon from this point on! I got the sugar scrub pedicure and acrylic nails.

This is a good nail salon for traditional nail services. It is always clean without the smell of acetone hitting you in the face or nail dust everywhere, so I appreciate that. The techniques practiced are hygienic. The staff are very friendly and do good consistent work. I get gel pedicures when I visit and they accept walk ins and my visits are usually spur of the moment.

Had been here a few times before, but after my last experience, not sure I will return. Made an appointment online the day before. Received a confirmation email. Drove over 20 miles to get there the following day, only to be told that they were sorry they had a birthday party and forgot to block it off in the system, or something like that. Complete waste of time because I had to be somewhere else and couldn’t wait (the reason I made an appointment). Would not have been upset, except they didn’t even bother to call.

I do the dip. I used to get my nails done at a place over on Gordon Road. I would break one within two days. I still gave them another chance and again my nail would break within days. Since I have been going to envy, my nails have been phenomenal. Their Hospitality skills are amazing and the work is awesome. Not yet have I had to go back because I broke a nail. I have even convinced my mother to go there as well, she does acrylic. She loves it too.
