Well I wasn’t impressed. I wanted to go to my regular nail salon but it was too late. I was not expecting to pay $90 for a regular French manicure and not shiny at all. My regular place charges me $45 to $65 for pink and white shiny and $45 for a very nice pedicure with everything included $107 , the less I have paid is $87 for both. Today I paid $90 for plain not even shiny French and I’m not happy but oh well. All together I paid at this place $235 including eye lashes but even that I’m very unsatisfied as a couple eyelashes fell out and it’s only been a few hours since I got them done. I will not be back at all. But it was nice knowing the place. They are nice people , but I’m totally not happy, my nails too plain for $90 just saying. Trying luxury nails next time.

Do not go to this place on Sundays. My little sister and I went to get our nails done on Oct 2nd this last Sunday. I asked to get a full set of orange nails with a black V French tip. The lady I had does not know how to do nails in my opinion. Not only did she have to redo my full set twice after messing up the first time around, she cut all my fingers and tore up my cuticle beds and made multiple fingers bleed, not only that, but proceeded to file on top of the cuts I already had with a hand file and ultimately took a small chunk out of one of my fingers. Then she stuck my already cut fingers into acetone to get the first set off which resulted in excruciating burns to my fingers.The first time she did my nails she tried doing it in all powder resulting in her giving me a black and orange ombre that was almost completely black. When she put on the second set, she was doing pretty good until we got to the black tip (after I asked her to only keep them orange and her ultimately telling me no), she painted the tip on the second time but still made my nails 99% black. Then she tried drying them but didn’t give them enough time before she put on 3 layers of clear coat that was way to thick and left lumps in my paint, then didn’t let that cure completely either. She then took the electric nail file and filed on top of my clear coat. I left with paint all over my fingers, pieces of filed nail stuck to the under side of my nail and holes in my paint. The black French tip peeled right off the top of my nails as it wasn’t completely sealed and left black paint all over my hands. I left after paying $60 dollars for nails that should have been worth $20 after all the pain I went thru for the 3 hours that it took her to destroy my fingers. I will never go back to this place again and I will never recommend it to someone either.

So I read the reviews and despite the warnings I went anyways, they were the only place close and open on a Sunday. They were not busy so I thought that was great. I went in and asked for a pedicure, they tell me to pick a color and then showed me to my pedí chair. Then they said how about a mani too, I thought why not, combo is only 65, not bad. Then I get ready to check out and they tell me 80? Seriously, how the hell do you go from 65 to 80, so apparently they didn’t honor the combo price, and then charged me $10 extra for gel polish on my nails. Didn’t even warn me ahead of time. Really need to work on communicating skills. The work was great I’m not complaining there, I just don’t like to be blindsided by a huge upcharge. Guess it’s a lesson in patience. Next time I’ll just wait for Monday.

They don’t deserve any stars, but I had to give the at least one so I could comment. Got my eyebrows waxed, they were uneven and splotchy. The man that did mine, his hands smelt like cigarettes. Why wear a mask if you aren’t going to wash your hands. Staff not friendly or accommodating. Very rude and not understanding at all.

We were here at our lake house and decided to venture out to get our nails and pedi’s done. I have to say this is one of the BEST pedicures I have had. He was very thorough. We had our brows waxed as well. My daughter was super happy too. The staff was so sweet. English is not perfect but you can feel how much they care about doing a good job. We had a great experience and I am VERY picky! I work at a massage spa in Fort Worth. We were here at our lake house and decided to venture out to get our nails and pedi’s done. I have to say this is one of the BEST pedicures I have had. He was very thorough. We had our brows waxed as well. My daughter was super happy too. The staff was so sweet. Pedicure by Michael was awesome. Wasn’t really happy with the manicure. Felt like she rushed thru it. Also I picked the $45 pedicure and got charged $60. However they were both really nice. Just don’t like confrontation so just paid it and left.
