Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI never ever leave reviews for places, let alone bad reviews but I felt like I had to share my experience for others.I had an appointment here for 12 and the mail tech didn’t get to me until about 12:30. I am not sure who did my nails; but, I will tell you, I was not impressed.A few things:The nail tech used USED tools out of a tin container that still had other peoples’ dead skin and nail on them and USED nail files, brushes, etc. I was extremely concerned about possibly getting an infection from her tools.The nail tech cut my cuticles 3 separate types with her tools and also cut under my natural nail with the pointier tool which hurt so bad that I pulled back in pain.She then continued to apply the gel on over and over until my nails were thick. I asked for acrylic and I got gel.She applied it so thick that my set of nails are now bubbling up and peeling off exposing gel polish that is not cured and staining EVERYTHING.On top of all of this – I asked for a price when I set my appointment and it was set at $45. I was charged $55. Total, this cost me $65 as I always tip regardless of service. Let me repeat, I paid $55 + $10 tip to be bleeding, at risk for infection, and having a manicure that lasted me less than 2 days before it started bubbling and peeling.Very unhappy and considering reporting to the board due to the lack of hygiene. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI would like to note that if I could give more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat. The facility is beyond gorgeous; modern and very clean. Don (The owner), Hanna, Tee & Yu Yu (hoping I spelled their names correctly) are AMAZING. The absolute best customer service I have ever had… Each one of them is extremely kind, relatable & funny. They CARE & take their time to make sure you get exactly what you came for. When I say that these are the BEST nails I have ever gotten done- in terms of length, shape, and whether or not they are straight… I am not joking. I went with 3 other people and all of our nails came out FLAWLESS. I’ve never been anywhere where EVERY SINGLE PERSON has an amazing outcome.Thank you all so much! Don (The owner), Hanna, Tee & Yu Yu (hoping I spelled their names correctly) are AMAZING. The absolute best customer service I have ever had… Each one of them is extremely kind, relatable & funny. Our feet and legs were taken care of in a gentle and meticulous way. The leg and foot massage put me to sleep,it was so nice. The nail techs here take there time and do a very thorough job. Very clean nail salon, best massage chair! The owner was so friendly and got us in on busy day. Our feet and legs were taken care of in a gentle and meticulous way. The leg and foot massage put me to sleep,it was so nice. The nail techs here take there time and do a very thorough job. They also do nail art that is stunning. I have found my nail salon!

Critical: QualityFirst time going to this salon and probably the last, sadly. I asked for square shaped nails and they’re nowhere near square – they’re more oval or “almond” shaped. When pointing this out to the nail tech she didn’t see a problem. The acrylic is super thick and very uneven. I’m cut and burned on six of my fingers. For some reason she put mail glue under my nails too and when she was trying to clean it up she dug too far and cut my nail bed and the tip of my finger.
