Honestly best service ever. I went there with 3 friends (total of 4 people) and they were done with all of us in less than an hour. The nail techs were super nice and fast. Also we were all satisfied with the work they did. Totally recomend this place to go on a date with your friends. In my opinion it was a little pricer than what I am used to but totally worth it.

The service was good however I had a broken finger at the time and the people man handled it. I left with it feeling sorry I had to keep reminding them of it during the appointment, and just like usual it was hard to tell them of it in the first place because only one spoke English flueantly. My manicure was nice and lasted for a week and a half. Overall I would say that Envy nails is only a ok due to my personal experience

I scheduled an appointment for a manicure for a French tip with an accent nail that happened to be a heart. I had to correct the nail techs twice on the shape of my nail, resulting in me having a very short nail that was left, and I didn’t quite get the design that I wanted either. I wish they would have told me on the design that they weren’t comfortable with it. It was an overwhelming experience as the nail techs do not really speak English and the fact that there were two of them one working on each hand.

Prompt friendly service. Polish on big toes did not last more than a few hours. Maybe the polish was defective. The technician was really doing a good job and we allowed ample time to dry.

Literally the worst customer service I’ve witnessed anywhere. Took my 4 year old to feel like a princess. They did her fingers walked away and never came back, doing other customers. I asked them if they were going to do her toenails and another person did them. Left them wet, no drying and walked away to another customer. I had to turn the drying fan on her and tell her how to dry her nails. The nail ladies didn’t say a single word to my daughter or me the entire time. No “hello”, no “thank you”…nothing. They may take care of other customers but not us.
