Absolutely the worst! I walked into the nail salon and no one greeted me. I sat and waited patiently, after about 10 minute one of the ladies finally asked how they could help me. I said I wanted a manicure, they proceeded to chuckle and said they could not accommodate me. If you value your time and customer service, there is nothing to envy about this place.

Horrible don’t suggest for anyone to ever go here. I’ve gotten my full set from here and gone here for every fill. I started going here because I saw the great reviews and I live so close to this nail salon . It was my birthday week so I decided to get a little design with rhinestones at the top of my nail .( every time I come here they always have the man do my nails ) I suggested that I wanted the lady who sits in the front to do my nails this time. After getting my nails done by her, two of my nails break and ALL of the rhinestones pop off!!!! I go back again for them to fix it , but this time I have the man do my nails . The man puts more rhinestones on my nails, but then accidentally puts regular clear polish on two of the nails needing to be fixed instead of the gel clear polish.( doesn’t dry) finally after 20 min of trying to make them dry and removing the polish over and over again it dries . A day or two later my whole nail polish chips off!!! I would never go here ever again and I also had to pay for them to fix my nails , after my nails literally broke after 2 days !!!! Also, you can see the nail that has broken of underneath it seems to look like I now have fungus growing on my nail from this nail salon. Which only means…. that they use dirty supplies on their clients!!!!!!!!Waste of money and waste of damn time . VERY , VERY , VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Me and 2 friends went for a pedicure at 6pm we were late a tad and they still were so kind they took such a long time with each of us for our pedicure and the massage was AMAZING. I really like this place. I have lived in Roseville, Citrus Heights, Carmichael, & now live Downtown & STILL come here. One time I got a full set here, then after tried a DIFFERENT nail salon for a fill. The woman said “wow where did you get these nails done? They did an incredible job.” A different nail salon was praising Envy Nails for their work!! That is when I knew this place was worth every penny. I never went anywhere else again. They’re friendly and really take their time getting it right.

Anna (manager) was very kind and was able to fit me in with less than an hour to closing (no appointment, but she said they prefer calling ahead). She still took her time on my nails after I told her it was for a special occasion even though they were closing soon, and she made a genuine effort to get to know me as a new customer. Prices were great as well, $32 for coffin shaped full set with gel polish.

Yesterday I came here for the second time and again left very happy. I believe it was Toto (older gentleman) that did my nails both times and he was very detail oriented. My right thumb kept getting chipped and he had to re do it at least 4 times. Very accommodating to walk ins, super affordable and relaxing atmosphere. I 100% have found my new nail salon.

Toto did my nails, he’s very gentle! I usually bleed but he didn’t even burn me let alone clip me at all. He carefully cut and shaped each nail to be even with all the others. He let me know of all my options and additional prices of what i chose before he did it . Wonderful prices and sweet staff members . Beautiful holographic, coffin shaped nails. I will be returning!
