I was originally VERY happy with the service I received here. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and the lady doing my nails did everything she could to replicate it. She communicated with me the entire time, making sure I liked what she was doing and knew what she could/couldn’t do. She had me keep the picture up the entire time and paid very close attention to even the smallest details. I was very impressed and considered it 5 star service.

I’ve been coming here for many years and I love the staff, they are so friendly and sweet. I want to keep coming here but the last 3 times I’ve had an appt I’ve had to wait anywhere from 20 mins – an hour. Then I feel like they are so rushed to help me get through my service that I am constantly cut and nicked. Going to give this one more go and hope it’s just been some flukes but the cuts are just too much if they keep happening. Otherwise good prices and good people, quality is just dipping.

The nail technician didn’t make small talk but she did a great job with my nails. I think if you want to pay a higher price for more detail I would go to a more 1 on 1 experience. Gel manicures

I had a pedi, always nice! Went for the first time for a rebase. They were completely honest with me about my rebase! Since I had used dip acrylic in past, they were going to have to soak off my nails and start all over again by gluing tips on,for they do not use acrylic and forms, which I declined (I would rather have forms and acrylic) I so appreciated the honestly! I will be back again for my pedis
