Not great service all around nails came out feeling all lumpy and no it’s not my nail beds had nail polish still on both my hands when I left guy who did my nails rushed through me to get to another lady and the lady working the desk was super rude. Under the nail is not cleaned and very tip of nail was not polished for 34$ it should have been a better job. . Been going to this place for over a year now and it so happens to be my birthday and I went there two days ago. Within an hour after leaving, my nail polish was bleeding from underneath the top layer. I went back yesterday to get my nails fixed and someone else did them and they are peeling off today. I called them and the lady said come back which I can’t cause I’m at work, so she said come back Monday. So I’m suppose to go the whole weekend with my nails looking a mess for my birthday. Today was my second visit to Envy Nails. The first time was 16 days ago to get a full set of acrylics in a beautiful Royal Blue cats eye with a matching pedicure. Tonight was to get a fill and go with an equally beautiful red cats eye. Let me tell you….these girls are simply wonderful! Very sweet, friendly, yet still professional. They do fantastic work and stand behind it! Several times during both of my visits I heard the nail techs tell people that if they didn’t like the nails, they would fix them or if they had any trouble to come back. They have a fantastic customer service ethic and are genuinely interested in taking care of their clientele. I know one thing for certain….they have a permanent customer in me!

Manicurist constantly transfered lint to my polish. Its been a week and my nails have started chipping. Too many reasons to find another place for my nails. Gel manicures
