i’m actually really upset because it’s always been amazing here but my fill came out so bad and it must’ve been because the guy was rushing and wasn’t giving the best attention and didn’t ask about shape or length. the line is so bad and the nails weren’t leveled, my grown out nails underneath weren’t taken care of either. these were taken immediately after leaving the salon. super upset at this being done so poorly, especially for a $47 fill 🙁

I specially asked for a base that wasn’t pinky and offered to show her my reference photo again and she declined and proceeded to use a pink base. Didn’t speak much or act like she understood what i wanted even after showing her the picture and being specific. don’t go here! Acrylic nails

If you want super rushed, not relaxing, painted nails you can do better at home and upcharged for whatever they say then this is your place. Paid for best pedicure $70 that only took 20 mins—half that time was spent soaking my feet & taking off my polish + cuticle cut. Literally she massaged each foot for 25-30 seconds. I had to ask her to redo the callus scrub because I could still feel my problem areas after her 10 second scrub. The towels weren’t steaming hot so when placed over the bags on my legs it was itchy & uncomfortable because no heat was generating. Over all very displeased with the service & I get pedicures every 1-2 months at another location so I know how it should work. I did a pedicure here years ago with the same outcome, should have known when I walked in & the same stingy pushy guy was there (sits at first table (co-owner)) , I only tried again because I was close by, but I won’t return. Mind you there was no one else waiting so she had no reason to rush.

Literally the worst experience I’ve had with my nails and I’ve gone here for 5 years. Not what I asked for and couldn’t file them properly, just bulky, misshapen, everything is wrong w them. Slow down!Was not relaxing at all. Totally stressful felt like the guy was on speed. Ridiculous. Got the deluxe and basic mani. They do not massage your hands just arms. Total cost 74.00 I visit salons all over the USA to find the best ones. Sink where you wash your hands not clean. Trash cans dirty sides of chairs and arm rests not clean. They need to do a good cleaning and slow the pedicures down. The pedicurist I had does the scrubbing and massage at same time with one hand on both legs. Not comforting. Should be one at a time. Front door glass filthy.

Great place , recommended to me by more than one person and every time I see their nails they are beautifully done. I love my simple matted maroon nails. These last me about 2.5 weeks before I need another fill. None popped off this will be my 2nd fill. I’d say good job!
