Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went here to have an acrylic set removed from my fingernails. The woman who took off my set used her electric filing device to file off the fake nails as well as my real ones. To say my natural nails are now weak, damaged, and breaking is an understatement. I went here to have an acrylic set removed from my fingernails. The woman who took off my set used her electric filing device to file off the fake nails as well as my real ones. To say my natural nails are now weak, damaged, and breaking is an understatement. The image below shows the drastic line between where she filed and where my nail has regrown. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI do not suggest going here for anything. I got my nails done 3 days ago and they are chunky and crooked andb quality, also all of them are lifting… Very upset same with my friends nails I spent $80 dollars and got bad results.

However the past year or more I’ve been very disappointed and have been going elsewhere. I decided to give Envy Nails another try and was very upset with the acrylic fill (think the mans name was Dennis?) Absolutely horrible all around – from the acrylic job horrible, to the gel polish not fully cured. Will never return, huge waste of money. The service itself was garbage as usual, always in a huge rush. I used to love this place, the man who sits at the first acrylic nail station would do a wonderful job (can’t remember his name, I think it is Vu?). However the past year or more I’ve been very disappointed and have been going elsewhere. My full nails weren’t even painted on both my hands and feet (the edges and tips were very spotty or just not painted at all), it felt as though they were rushing me out the door. I went with a friend and by the time her pedicure was done I had both the manicure and pedicure done, very disappointed in the lack of time and care put into my service. By Saturday the polish on both my manicure and pedicure were already chipping away. I don’t work with my hands, or soak them in water very often. This is very disappointing, seeing as it’s such a small town and there isn’t much for nails near by. Went with this nail salon because it had the highest reviews. I got a gel manicure and a gel pedicure on Thursday. My full nails weren’t even painted on both my hands and feet (the edges and tips were very spotty or just not painted at all), it felt as though they were rushing me out the door. I went with a friend and by the time her pedicure was done I had both the manicure and pedicure done, very disappointed in the lack of time and care put into my service. Critical: QualityThey were super nice and did a really good job on the pedicure but I also got acrylics and they look horrible she rushed on them and tore my nails of on the side instead of just shaping the acrylic. It hurts very bad.
