Envy Nails

Critical: Professionalism, ValueMy sister and I took my 5 year old niece in to get her nails and toes done. The nail tech who was doing my nieces nails was incredibly rude when my sister asked for her to make a minor change at the begging of the process. My niece also didn’t understand how it works with the UV light, that she needed to put her hand underneath the light and the nail tech was frustrated with that. I’m glad this wasn’t my nieces first time getting her nails done. I get it if you’re having a bad day, but when a kid comes in, you should probably be nicer. Also way over charged for the service. My sister and I took my 5 year old niece in to get her nails and toes done. The nail tech who was doing my nieces nails was incredibly rude when my sister asked for her to make a minor change at the begging of the process. My niece also didn’t understand how it works with the UV light, that she needed to put her hand underneath the light and the nail tech was frustrated with that. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI scheduled an appointment here for myself and my two daughters to get manis and pedis. When I arrived to my appointment they still made us wait 45 minutes and did not communicate with me much at all. We got our manicure done and afterwards were waiting for pedicures. They continued to take walk-ins and sit them at the pedicure stations. The lady then asked me to pay. I reminded her we were waiting for our pedicure and she stated that I never booked a pedicure when I called. I told her that I did and she got very irritated and stated that we would have to wait to get fit in if we wanted a pedicure. The guy working there informed me that they would fit me in but had no time for my girls (ages 7 & 5). I paid and left. The customer service was extremely poor and uncommunicative. They came across as though I was an inconvenience to them and that I was taking time away from their clientele when I was a client. I was treated like a second class citizen. I will not give them another dime of my money. I witnessed them turn away another little one who wanted her nails done too. They have no respect. I scheduled an appointment here for myself and my two daughters to get manis and pedis. When I arrived to my appointment they still made us wait 45 minutes and did not communicate with me much at all. We got our manicure done and afterwards were waiting for pedicures.
